The rapper began rapping when he was in sixth class. Colson Baker, better known by the name Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on the 22nd of April 1990. He is best known for his hip-hop infused rock and his modern alternative. Baker was the author of four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010 before signing with Bad Boy Records. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a star after he made the transition from self-releasing his mixtapes, to working for reputed record labels. The following years saw each album of his was ranked at the top of the charts.
